Ingredients
Ingredients
8 (12-inch) wooden skewers
1 package (16 ounces) Farm to Family® by BUTTERBALL® All-Natural Fresh Ground Turkey Breast
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1½ teaspoons kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Herbed rice; grilled pita wedges; and cucumber, tomato and onion salad, to serve
Garnishes: chopped fresh parsley and chopped fresh mint
Directions
1Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using.
2In a large bowl, combine turkey, paprika, 1 tablespoon mint, 1 tablespoon parsley, salt and pepper. Divide into 8 (2-ounce) portions. Using clean hands, gently shape each portion onto a skewer, forming a 4-inch cylinder.
3Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Add skewers to pan and cook until grill marks form on all sides, about 10 minutes.
4Using an instant-read thermometer, insert into the center of the kabob to check for doneness. The temperature should read 165°F.
5Serve Greek Ground Turkey Kabobs with rice, pita and salad. Garnish with additional parsley and mint.
6Tip: Soak the skewers the night before for easy meal prep for dinner.
