1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 package (16 ounces) Farm to Family® by BUTTERBALL® All-Natural Fresh Ground Turkey Breast

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon lime zest

1 bag (12 ounces) yellow tortilla chips

1 container (8 ounces) refrigerated white cheese sauce, heated according to package directions

½ cup sliced mini tricolored sweet peppers

1 can (about 15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained

Toppings: pico de gallo, sour cream and sliced jalapeño pepper

Lime wedges, to serve

Garnish: chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

1In a large saucepan or skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add turkey, and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and crumbly, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat; add salt, cumin, paprika and lime zest. Stir until combined.
2On a rimmed baking sheet, arrange tortilla chips. Drizzle with cheese sauce. Top with turkey mixture, sweet peppers, beans, pico de gallo, sour cream and jalapeño. Serve Ground Turkey Nachos with lime wedges. Garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately.
